Indications for BFR include the following
- Following knee/ankle surgery
- Following Elbow or RTC surgery
- Quad weakness whether from acute injury or chronic following a previous injury
- Performance Training=>improve strength, power, and muscle hypertrophy(growth) at 20-30% loads
